Spacious good wifi good value for money.

Could do with a good clean. Was tidy but not clean

We like that the swimming pool is good size and the whole compound is spacious.

Requested for early check-in but tone of voice of the owner gave us a rather poor vibe. Floor was dusty though they insisted that they have cleaned it, blamed it on summer dust, low accountability. Toilet was dirty, floor was black, wasn't very hygienic Kitchen cabinets were smelly and appliances were dirty.

Before my stay even began, communication from the villa staff was nonexistent—no updates via WhatsApp or any other platform. This was a stark contrast to my previous experiences in Bali, where hosts were always responsive and accommodating. Upon arriving after 3 PM, I was met with an unprofessional and unwelcoming sight—two villa staff members casually smoking by the pool, paying no attention to my arrival and failing to greet or acknowledge me. Inside, most amenities were clean except for the pool. However, for a villa designed to accommodate six guests, the kitchen was severely understocked, offering just one drinking glass and three wine glasses. The air conditioning was unreliable, with only the downstairs bedroom maintaining a reasonable temperature. On **Day 1**, my privacy was completely disregarded when a female staff member entered the villa without knocking, using her own set of keys to retrieve her bike helmet. She caught me in a compromising state—semi-naked—yet offered no apology and failed to use the villa doorbell. Later in my stay, after returning from an international trip, I experienced yet another violation of privacy. As I was preparing to shower, the same female staff member let herself in unannounced, catching me completely nude. Feeling unsafe, I cut my stay short, staying only five out of the planned twelve nights before moving into my boyfriend’s guest house for security reasons. The bathrooms were riddled with mould, making thongs a necessity for hygiene. The villa only provided body wash and shampoo, and most bottles were empty. I had to purchase my own toiletries at a local mini-mart—unacceptable for a **$3,500 AUD stay**. The bedding appeared dirty, the pillows were lumpy and uncomfortable, and the couch wasn’t vacuumed or cleaned until day three. To make matters worse, the villa received only **three hours of sunlight** due to its privacy screening, which was then used as the window for cleaning. This process too

Villa was lovely,location great

No curtains like in the pictures,to many gaps in the doors so the air-conditioning didn't really work good in the lounge room/dining room/bedrroms.. No cushions on the lounge or beds like in the pics.. Bathrooms could be cleaned better and the decking needs to be fixed in places.. Pool wasn't real good we all got bites all over us.. The property was also very dusty.. The place needs a really good clean.. But especially needs all the gaps in the doors fixed or heavy curtains up to keep the place cool..

The pool is nice and owner was kind to accept our checkout request
