HOTEL RATHNA RESIDENCY

Friendly staff , good location and nice breakfast

The location is near to the Meenakshi Amman temple.

Breakfast was okay mainly south indian items. However the staff manning the restaurant / breakfast was not at all friendly. He acted and behaved as though he was doing us a favour . He was very rude , unresponsive, loud mouthed and unhospitable. He treated some guests well and was partial towards some. The restaurant needs an upgrade on cleanliness.We found items spillover and the staff did not maintain it clean. The items were not hot except for pooris and dosa which was provided fresh . Rooms needs upgrade for the tariff charged. Parking is a problem. Two wheelers are parked haphazardly.

It is in the middle of all shopping activities and proximity to meenakshi temple, railway station etc..

The Receiptionst behaviour is very bad 😞... Parking and Driver facilities are not ok

Nothing

There was not AC working. They asked me to shift to a new room in the midnight . I said no. Since we slept with out AC the whole night, I requested them to treat it as non AC room and apply non ac room tarrif and refund the difference amount. They out rightly rejected it. I had only booked through Booking.com only. Therefore please arrange to get the refund.
