Comfy beds and pillows with lots of blankets Lovely views Washing machine & dryer Spacious

The house needs to be a bit more polished if offering as accommodation. There were holes in the walls and a very musty smell throughout due to the carpet and curtains needing a good clean. Several lamps didn't work as well as bathroom heat lamps and exhaust fans. The ensuite shower also leaked a lot! The overall cleanliness was lacking, particularly the floors. We paid the same for a beautiful apartment with direct pool access and views of lake Wanaka. This place has great potential but way overpriced in its current state.

We loved our stay at villa vista. Great location, beautiful deck and views over the estuary. Plenty of space for a group of friends. Well equipped with everything we needed.
