Rapporto qualità prezzo ovvero Prezzo eccessivo. Posizione direttamente sulla via Aurelia con macchine parcheggiate davanti alla porta e rischio di essere investiti spostandosi verso il mare. Pulizia migliorabile. Parcheggio con ulteriore salasso di denaro. Assalto di formiche se si lascia un alimento sulla cucina per poche ore.

Appartamento molto bello e arredato con gusto. Pulitissimo e la cucina è attrezzatissima! Il letto era particolarmente comodo. Posizione centrale e proprietario reattivo e disponibile im qualsiasi momento. Lo consiglio!

Die Wohnung ist an sich schön und geschmackvoll ausgestattet und liegt ganz in der Nähe vom Meer und am Fuß der schönen Altstadt von Cervo. Privater Parkplatz : 25, € am Tag über den Vermieter buchbar - ein paar Minuten entfernt oder aber öffentliche Parkplätze in der Nähe für 15 Euro am Tag.

Die Wohnung liegt allerdings direkt an der Küstenstrasse (Haustür ist 1m entfernt). Schallschutzfenster vorhanden, aber Fenster auf Grund des Lärms nicht geöffnet. Es gibt keinen richtigen Fussweg zur Wohnung, nur seitlich an der Straße lang oder um das Haus herum kommt man über Treppen auf die Straße dahinter. Zur vorhandenen Waschmaschine haben wir keinen Wäscheständer gefunden.

From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The property was immaculate, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. The staff was warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. Every detail was thoughtfully made, from the cozy bedding to the amazing views. The location was ideal — close to everything we wanted to see, yet peaceful and relaxing. We felt right at home and honestly didn’t want to leave. We can’t wait to come back and would 100% recommend this place to anyone looking for a memorable and stress-free stay!

The householder is kind on messages

The householder gave us a wrong secret number so we can’t open the secret case. We can’t enter into the room because of no keys, that was 11:00pm already. I tried all the ways to the householder but there was no response at all. I had to find another place to stay at midnight which caused me another two hours!!

This was our first trip without reservations, so we found this accommodation already on the spot. The magic started right away - our host (Federico) answered the late call and was very kind and welcoming and explained everything to us, including where to find the keys. They were kept in a secure box outside and could be accessed by code. The apartment turned out to be better than the pictures! :) The stylish and beautiful interior design immediately caught our attention. Everything here was thoughtful, comfortable and cozy. And what is interesting, it will be equally comfortable for a romantic couple or a family with 1-2 children, or a company of 4 young people! Inside there is everything you need for your convenience - kitchen, washing machine, comfortable bed and folding sofa, fridge, all utensils, TV and fast internet. The code to it you will find on the back of the box (router). Despite its proximity to the road, the apartment has excellent noise isolation. The views from the apartment and the proximity to the sea is awesome! 3 minutes and you are already swimming. We loved it all and thank you so much, Federico, for the excellent welcoming champagne (compliments of the host)!

We had alergic reactions in the room due to the strong smell and used chemicals. We could not stay and had to move into another hotel in the middle of the night. The room itself was looking good, but if you cant use it thats unrelevant.
