Loved the fact that wagons, beach chairs and umbrellas were provided so we did not have to go buy any for our stay. Short walking distance to the beach was amazing. The beach is not overly crowded. The owner was very pleasant and easy to communicate with, he even came to the property and made sure we were comfortable and everything was going well!

Would have loved more pots and pans to make dinners with.

We were very surprised with the quality of the unit and the proximity to the beach. The host was very responsive and made sure our stay was great. We would stay here again.

Meeting the property owner was very personal. He is such a great guy!

The heater on the pool was not working. We notified him after the first night/arrival and a repair man was there the next day. Unfortunately, it did not warm up enough for me to enjoy it over the weekend stay but my children did nonetheless.

Everything was clean and well organized! The beds were all VERY comfortable, with a decent amount of pillows and clean linens ready to go, incase extras were needed. Peter stocked the units with everything that you would need for the beach, including chairs, a wagon, an umbrella and towels. Everything is within close proximity - Pier 60 is about 20 minutes, Johns Pass about the same, a beautiful little beach was a block away. Everything was simply perfect!

I loved that beach supplies were provided. The kitchen had all of the necessary appliances. It was nice that there was a kerig and coffee pot. The pool was nice. Our host was very kind. I loved sitting on the deck in the morning having coffee.

One day it seemed as if one of the guests was importing family and friends to use the pool and took over but Peter took care of the invasion. I had seen multiple cars dropping off kids that day.

It was such a cute little apartment. Peter and Kat both were so amazing and helpful with anything we needed. You’re literally a block from the beach and can walk to it very easily. They’re Pet friendly which is good since I brought my 3 dogs, lol. They even have an umbrella, wagon, and chairs you can take to the beach so you don’t have to bring your own if you don’t want to. The pool was nice and heated and was a favorite of my 2 kids. I can’t say enough good things about our stay. We came down to get married on Indian Rocks Beach and the 2 bathroom apartment was perfect for us to get ready in a timely manner. The beds were comfy and there was plenty of beach towels, pillows, and blankets. It’s also on a quiet street and it felt very safe, too. Very happy with our stay and plan on coming back again. There’s not anything we didn’t like.

What a hidden treasure. Pool was clean they have beach wagon, 2 chairs and an umbrella for every room. 5 Weber charcoal grills available for use. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The porch was a welcome evening retreat.

There was absolutely nothing that we didn’t like.
