La ubicacion y atención 4:30 am, agradecer por las facilidades que me brindaron al llegar mas temprano del check in.

Aspirar y limpieza de alfombras podrian mejorar.

La ubicación súper céntrica

The location was right in the center of town so it was easy to get to restaurants and tour companies. The day staff was friendly and helped us check in early. The price and location were great!

The first two weeks in May there is a local celebration and there were marching bands playing loudly outside until 3 am. Not the hotel's fault but the street noise made it hard to sleep. The night staff was a little cold and less friendly. We left for a hiking tour before the breakfast was open so they offered a "box lunch" - it was an Inca Kola, a small roll, an orange, some grapes, and an overripe banana. We didn't request one the second night we stayed.

Localização excelente e funcionários muito educados e prestativos, em especial Maria e Ruth.

La cercanía a la Plaza de armas y los principales puntos comerciales de la ciudad.

El flujo de agua fría del bajo era bajo. Así mismo en el piso de la ducha se evidenciaba hongos y suciedad.

Ubicación estrategica Desayuno variado(frutas,queso,huevos,jamón,pan,leche,café y jugos)

Tener que subir las escaleras hasta el 4to piso.
