Communication with the host was good, he only spoke italian but with google translate it wasn't that hard to translate. We communicated through whatsapp and he was always helpful. The house located in a rather quiet area with good access to public transport, however after 9am you can hear the town waking up and at night it might feel a little unsafe.

Despite the good reviews here that stated the house "felt like a home", or that it was "cozy" must have been to a different place or lived with their grandeparents. Parking: Host stated that the accomodation came with private parking. In reality, it was just a small place before the accomodation that is shared with some kind of mechanic shop. The “private” parking is only separated from the street with a small chain, anybody could just walk around it. Inside: The house feels like that a Nonna lives there and she went for a vacation somewhere and you are sleeping in her bed and eating from her plates. It's filled with stuff, personal things. We even found a picture of Nonna in one of the drawers. it also has a musty, old smell in the house. If you have any kinf of allergies (dust/mold) i highly advise not to come here as we were suffocating. The bathroom has a lot of rust and mold everywhere. The house is also filled with pictures of Jesus, the pope, cruxifixs on every single surface, wardrobe filled with Nonna's special cups and plates and even a boxing bag in the middle of the room. The hot water was in and out. Sometimes it went away for minutes then came back for some secondw then went away again. Cleaning was only done superficially, leaving every other surface dusty and not clean. Overall, locationwise the house is at a good place with good public transport connection to the city center but would not recommend as for the price the host is trying to sell it as an "authentic experience" when it's just a careless house made into a rental trying to make money after Nonna left.
