The staff was as good as any I've recently experienced. Friendly, helpful, efficient. Breakfast was OK, not great. Dinner was good.

The wifi really, really sucked. I was in room 210 and the wifi would not stay connected. It would be on for a few minutes, go off for 5-10 minutes, come back on for 3-5 minutes, go off again. I reported it several times a day and someone would "reset" it. It would work for a short time, then start working intermittently as described above. I finally started doing my work in the patio off the hotel lobby where the wifi worked as it should. On the day before I checked out, the receptionist told me this has always been a problem on the 2d floor. Ground, 1st, and 3d floor never has a problem, but the 2d floor has been this way for a long time.
