Grand Avenue Apartment

The property entrance was so dirty and dusty. You could see cobwebs everywhere. The primary door for the apartments doesn’t lock properly it keeps getting stuck. The room didnt have air conditioning but on the website it showed that it did. The floor of my bed was disgusting and there were used nicotine pouches everywhere on the floor under my bed. The shower didn’t have a blockage, water used to leak to the kitchen every time i take a shower. The place looked nothing like the pictures shown.

The location of the apartment is near the center. The air conditioning was working quit well making the apartment comfortable.

The couch was super dirty and had many suspicious white stains. Additionally one of the doors to the balcony couldn't be properly closed and locked and were pushed open by the wind... The street next to the apartment is super loud! The WIFI was working quite bad.

It says that there is aircon under the facilities in the room, knowing that it was a hot weekend we chose this thinking there was aircon. There was not, not to mention that the beds are upstairs so you are closer to the hot air near the ceiling. Theres no fan either so we were sweating it out. Also only got 1 1/2 rolls of toilet paper for 4 night stay so we had to go and buy some. Also the kitchen has 1 mug, 1 glass cup, 1 fork, and this room is supposed to be for 2 people.

Not working TV, WiFi barely possible to use due to weak signal and poor speed in "Underwater" apartment. The fridge was not working initially, it was full of ice that was melting and leaking outside. The apartment is next to a busy road with trams and due to wooden windows, it's quite loud inside

Location was great. Flat was excellent and safe and secure....loved it.

Nothing. Tv didn't work but thst didn't matter Budapest kept me very busy...

Location amazing. Air Conditioning was an essential and worked really well.

Wifi very poor. Only worked right by the door. Kitchen lacking equipment only one butter knife. Very noisy at nightime with trams going past and sirens.

It was very comfortable and spacious. The Access to the balcony was Great!

The flat was headed towards the streets, so it was quite loud while sleeping but ok

WiFi only worked well if I went to the corredor outside the flat , the door to the balcony don’t close properly so it’s a bit noisy , shower curtain inefficient, leaking pipe the bathroom was very wet after shower. The bed up the steps is very dangerous if like me you need the loo at night . Lots of rules are given to you after booking but little assistance when you are there ,
