The room was not clean and the bathroom especially toilet seat area. We tried to cancell the reservations after check in , and asked for refund they did not approved. We lived in dirtiness for 4 days.

The location was hidden in the Main Street so it’s quite , the staff was super nice and friendly, the room was like the picture , but the wall is very thin you can hear everything from everyone .

The staff were absolutely incredible, friendly, helpful and made our stay delightful. The property is just a 5 min walk to the beach with plenty of restaurants and cafes close by. They offer a motorbike rental service or Gojeks can easily access the pickup point. The staff also organised their driver to take us to and from the airport. It was easy to get to other parts of Canggu and we even organised a day trip to Ubud. The staff told us if we wanted to they could easily arrange for other day trips to Nusa Penida or anywhere else we’d like to go however we didn’t have the time to take them up on their offer :) I am sure we will be back!

The bathrooms were open air (but completely private) so despite the air conditioning some mosquitoes came in at night.

No fridge in the room

The staff were extremely friendly, room was clean and comfortable - the perfect place for us to sleep off our jetlag after arriving in Bali. Staff were helpful and it was great to be able to rent a moped and arrange a transfer to the ferry port directly from the accommodation. very close to lots of lovely restaurants and amenities.

Slightly awkward location down a side street, but very good value for the price paid. We were on the ground floor directly by the pool which was very noisy first thing in the morning - especially when trying to sleep off jetlag! I'm sure it would have been quieter if we'd chosen a room upstairs.

Bathrooms smelt a little

Very clean. Young, fun, really helpful staff. Oasis of peace and comfort. Availability of twin beds for 2 ppl. Loved the koi pond, pool and garden. Great aircon. Really small and efficient accom, and beautiful. Highly recommend.

Canggu is an unappealing rat race. No Bali vibe at all. No TV. No phone but reception just steps away and 24/7. Booking.com has butchered the name. Locals and drivers don't know it. No h in it.
