"NIce apartment but the checking process too hard"

Nice apartment, clean and tidy, good location, had everything we needed

The check in process, all done online and very frustration. For this reason, I would not use this property again. Stayed at many places while in NZ and this was the only one I had to scan my photo ID and pay a $500 damage deposit. To be honest not worth the time and effort and if I have known this, I would not have booked the place

"Lovely property and central location."

Central location with excellent facilities in the property. Very high spec set up. Very comfortable. Little things made a difference such as coffee and teabags being available.

Great location, close walking distance to all CBD facilities and attractions. Quiet neighbourhood, overlooking grassy square.

3 bedroom appt was great for us - two adult couples. But, only one assigned parking space (secure garage). Second car on street, with difficulty finding parking nearby, as it was in one of the closer areas to the CBD with free, timeless on street parking.
