Om homestay is a beautiful and calm place, i felt home and welcome.

Bit far from the beach but it’s walkable

Lovely family. The room was big, clean, with fan and mosquito net. Bathroom outside, renovated and very clean. They didn't charge me for any coffee we asked for (very kind and generous family). House surrounded by nature. We loved every single day here. We miss you Shanoly! ☺️

Not an inconvenience at all. Just letting know other guests. A little bit far away from the main town (even though in the main town there is nothing). It was good for us cause we like walking and get lost in the neighborhoods, but if it's not your case, you better have a scooter or call a tuk tuk to bring you there :)

The owner and his family are great, the location is nice and the place is simple but comfortable

I am a big fan of this homestay. Family is welcoming and very relaxed, spent over a month with them. There is about 20 minutes to the beach, but you have a bicycle for your use, which was superb having trips around. Also the supermarket is 15 minutes ride. Very nice food and good quality. Room was enough to continue my yoga practice! Desk is perfectly sized for work.

Owner is really friendly and helpful, property is located in the calm part of the town, far from the main road, so all you can hear are just sounds of the nature. It's also in walking distance to the beach and close to Aluthgama, where you can find various shops and restaurants.
