Just what was needed while looking for a flat

Tv would be nice

This is one of two rooms built into an annex on the side of a larger residential property. It has one shared bathroom. The room was large with a nice double bed and a cot (I chose the bed to sleep in...). Access was via a keycode on the door, so nice and secure, with an additional front door for extra security. I arrived early but the host was very receptive to my texts and requests and ensured I was able to enter the property easily. The property is about a 20 minute walk from Rainham station, which itself is about 20 minutes from Fenchurch Street, so nice location as a commuter to London. Property is in a relatively quiet residential area (very little traffic except at school times). For £38 for one night, it was just the ticket. Rainham Chippy down the road, where I told my wife I had a Salad Box with Lamb, which to most people is a Doner Kebab but don't tell her....

Bathroom is small but for one night that was ok. Shower looked a little dated and some of the tiling could do with a freshen up but these were minor things.

Good bed .

Room was cold . Not very clean .I have seen worse and more expensive . It was just about ok for the money I paid [£36 ] but not worth more than that. Will do for one night.

At point of booking, I thought room was en suite and tea/coffee making facilities were in the room.
