I cannot say enough about the wonderful staff and the setting at Chitwan Village Resort. The rooms were spacious and very clean, and we had a patio overlooking the beautiful garden area. The food was amazing and affordable, and the tour guide Suris was very thoughtful and conscientious. Raj, the manager, went above and beyond when I accidentally left my passport behind in the room. He quickly arranged to have it shipped to my hotel in Kathmandu with a private driver. I am forever grateful!

If I could rate this more I would. One of my favourite stays in all my travels. I cannot rate the staff highly enough, they went above and beyond and were so kind. I often travel alone as a female and would feel so so safe here. Not only that the grounds it was set on were beautiful, they will help you with anything you need whether that be bus tickets, safaris etc at an honest price and a lovely breakfast. I will genuinely miss this place!

Lovely gardens, super clean rooms, great breakfast and the location is close to the river and a nice short walk to town but was very quiet and peaceful. And the staff were all very accommodating and friendly and nice people. We stayed 5 nights and did tours, rented bikes and just watched the world go by.

The best hotel we found in Nepal. What really sets this hotel apart is Raj and Basu who are lovely and made our stay memorable. The rooms are big, clean and have wonderful views over the garden. Breakfast is great and the hotel was very competitive when arranging the tours. There is a reason this hotel has such good reviews.
