The staff was super friendly! We loved the Safari organised by the hotel. We booked it at arrival. 100% would recommend this hotel Breakfast was delicious and the momos we had for dinner were also amazing!

Das Personal ist top! Sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und kompetent. Man fühlt sich als Gast sehr geschätzt. Wie das Personal die Optionen verschiedener Safaries erklärt ist sehr hilfreich für die anschliessende Auswahl und Entscheidung. Man fühlt sich unterstützt, keinesfalls aber zu etwas gedrängt. Der Standort ist ruhig. Zur Strasse mit Restaurants und an den Fluss muss man ein paar hundert Meter. Obwohl die Lage nicht perfekt ist, wähle ich bei jedem Besuch dieses Resort.

We really liked staying at Chitwan Village Resort, the staff are all so nice and helpful. We really enjoyed looking at their beautiful garden and seeing humming birds in and around their flowers 🌺 The breakfast was nice and they even did a packed breakfast for us one morning when we had an early start (with very little notice too). The beds were comfy and the ceiling fan kept the room cool.

The fan was a bit noisy but earplugs did the trick. Maybe some mosquito prevention tools for the room would be helpful.

"Comfortable and the staff couldn’t do enough for us!"

The property grounds were very nice. The surroundings were quiet.

The a/c worked but it was old and could be updated. There was a whole in a bedsheet and mattress. It would have been good to have a squeegee for the shower.

Friendly staff. They repaired a fan switch right away after I asked them to. Breakfast was excellent. No complaints.

Not a new hotel but sufficient.
