"the floor in most part was dirty. The half bath was dirty and lacking a few items for a guest etc."

The location was good. Everything else was not to my satisfaction.

I was not informed that place would have to be shared. In addition, the place was not clean......

"Sloppy long term residents trash the house"

Mr Tutul was punctual for my arrival and friendly.

My room and the rest of the house was not clean. I had to go buy toilet paper, and also laundry detergent so to wash the bedding when I arrived because other people’s hair was on it. I emptied all the smelly full to the brim garbage cans and cleaned the kitchen and bathroom. It was still very dirty. As others have said, there was a very strong bad odor like something rotting in the home.
