If you go to the very very bottom on this website (below all the adverts and everything 2-3 pages down) you will find a notice that you have to pay €150 additional fee for potential property damage or disturbing the neighbour. We have not seen it when we booked it. So one day after the free cancellation period we get a shock when we got the message from the property owner that we have to pay or we will be unable to check-in. You have to pay the deposit on a 3rd party website outside of Bookings.com. We asked on the weekend the property what`s up with our deposit and answer was we should get it a couple of day after checking out. When I told them that we left 5 days ago no answer. We got an email a week after checking out and I was told that they refunded my deposit but it will take a few more days to arrive into my card. They should put the the deposit requirement on the top under the price instead of burying on the very bottom of the page. We had some annoying issues with the flat: 1. sink in the bathroom nearly fully blocked water barely going down 2. the shower blocked too but not that bad like the sink 3. the shower flooded the bathroom after every shower use as it seems the shower door sealing not good any more Others: - for 8 night we had only 2 tablets for the dishwasher and nowhere to put the dishes to dry (cheapest 12 tablet pack is £10). We did not cook really only boiled eggs couple of times so we could manage it - bed was comfy and good size. - there are only Hungarian television channels on the TV - generally the flat nice and looks as it is shown on the pictures We payed £400+£150(deposit)=£550 for 8 nights here. We could go for a nice 3*hotel with large underground swimming pool for £650 (breakfast included). If I know about the deposit I would book the hotel and would have a less stressful holiday. After our 25 holidays in the last 15 years and first time faced with this kind of deposit. Pictures made before leaving.

the design of the room was excellent. Good beding

It was abit confuse at the begining, as the are not sign or photo of the building. The step of getting the key can be more details.

The place was magnificent! The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and both the kitchen and bathroom were spotless and well-maintained. The bathroom also featured underfloor heating, which was a wonderfully cozy detail. The large TV and fast internet made the stay even more enjoyable. Communication with the staff was highly professional, and despite not meeting in person, we received the keys and passwords effortlessly. They were also incredibly accommodating, allowing us to check in two hours early, which was a huge help since we arrived in Budapest ahead of schedule. The air conditioning worked flawlessly, ensuring a pleasant and comfortable stay.

We were disappointed that there were no slippers provided, and we also noticed a large stain on the inner side of the bed cover, which was unfortunate.

Very modern, amazing flat!

Location and lots of homeless (it is not the problem of the provider). I was not able to get into the flat (keys are behind locked gate 😁)
