Great and affordable place. Nothing fancy but everything you need. The owner is very friendly and all went great

Rally good location and apartments! Ample parking as well, which is a rarity in Opatija!

Aircon was quite noisy and felt shoddy, but it did the work well!

"Pleasant, friendly place with nice view."

The Villa was very nice and we felt like we were at home. The host was very friendly and helpful, he even allowed us to stay a bit longer before checkout so we could pack properly. Nice view from the room. The room also had a washing machine which is great if you are going daily swimming.

As a family with small kids and a stroller, we had a minor problem getting to the villa - We either had to take narrow stairs or walk approximately 15m on the road with traffic - no sidewalks led to the villa. The apartment could have more kitchen accessories.
