Everything was perfect, the flat was clean and comfortable. The only bad thing is the noise comes from the outside, but it comes with the good location.

The host is so helpful and kind. The location is amazing and the windows block any outside noise really well. The appartment if very clean and had everything I needed for my short stay, even though I would considered it for longer stays. You must take the stairs to the first floor, but this was not a problem.

There was a sewage smell at the stairs, but I couldn´t feel it inside the appartment.

Paolo was incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. The room was immaculate and very comfortable.The location is close to major attractions(Piazza Duomo, Castello Ursino).

Absolute worth its money. I stayed there at the end of October – maybe that's why price was low? Great location near Citadel, walk reach public beach (~20 min walk), and close to all attractions in historical city center. Selection of cafes and restaurants just next to the door. P.S. please ask owner how to use coffee machine before use – it's great, but needs some experience ☕🫠

A bit smaller than stated in description (ca. 35m²), and induction hob is bad - the cheapest Ikea hob 😔 not possible to cook anything other than pasta or ravioli. And there is only one electrical plug in the kitchenette for 3 devices - a bit annoying to plug and unplug each time.

Very modern, light and very clean apartment. Very central location. Great host, friendly, helpful and easy to contact through WhatsApp. Early check-in was no problem at all. Also got towels for the beach after already checking out.

The apartment is quite noisy as it's located at a popular spot with restaurants and bars. You might need earplugs at night.

The apartment is very spacious and well decorated, just like the photos. Everything was clean. Check in is done independently through a safe cage with keys at the entrance. The location is very good, with a square with restaurants below the accommodation and very close to the fish market.

I paid extra to get parking since I had a rental car. As the accommodation is within the ZTL, this only means having access to parking in the streets close to the accommodation, streets that are extremely narrow and full of poorly parked cars, all of them dented or scratched. It is, therefore, very difficult to find a place to park. Additionally, if we arrived between 7pm and midnight we could not even drive the car in that area as it is pedestrianized at night. In other words, we had to park outside that area and far from the accommodation. None of this was explained to us by the owner, who doesn't speak English at all (I tried to call her for obtaining indications) and who explained to us how parking worked there was a waiter from the restaurant below. Parking in Catania is chaotic.
