Well equipped and clean apartment. Gianluigi is a very nice and attent host.

Proximity to city center, excellent for families with children, Gianluigi is a great host and will help you with any info. Very well equipment apartment, comfortable beds.

Apparemment spacieux. Très bonne situation dans le centre (commerces et restaurants proches). Parking disponible (si pas complet). Accueil très professionnel. Mieux que sur les photos. Borne de recharge rapide à 5min à pieds.

Breakfast cereal, bread, jams, milk, biscuits, juice and some fruit were left out for us. This was fabulous. Gianluigi even got food for us the night we arrived. Super to have washing machine and the property had every comfort you could want. Location is excellent and the property and area felt safe. Gianluigi checked in on us everyday to make sure everything was ok and was fabulous at giving advice and recommendations. We were very lucky.

La Coccinella is nicely located in a quiet residential area next to a church, offering a peaceful atmosphere and a beautiful view from the 5th floor balcony. It’s conveniently close to restaurants, a grocery store, and a bakery. Gianluigi was very enthusiastic and stayed in constant touch throughout our stay—much appreciated! A lovely local experience just outside the tourist crowds.

Dryer or a washer combined with dryer would have been great but it wasn’t a big inconvenience.

The location of the property is great, right in the middle of the town but in a secured quiet complex. The owner was fantastic and friendly, met us at the bus stops then took us to the apartment and showed us around, gave advice to local restaurants and helped make the booking which saved us time, the house was well equiped like a hotel, cereal breakfast, juice, milk and fruit provided, he even gave us a present on departure. Communication from the owner is brilliant. Very pleasant stay for my family.
