Nicarè City Apartments

The location was nice and near the central station, making the connectivity better. Some restaurants & gelataria's are nearby that offer good options, even for us vegetarians. The house is pretty neat and the host is very friendly and accommodating.

The view is really nice, however the beach might not be as neat making you go for a swim. The house being on one of the busiest roads could make your stay noisy, however the host provided us earplugs - if you like it.

The appartment is beautiful.

An unfortunately, there is big noise from the cars on the road just under the window.

The appartment is very nice and has exceptional view, tram station to the central station is very close, delicasy with italian products and fruits just under the appartment.

It is a bit noisy due to traffic, but ok with closed wiindows.

I liked the apartment and the modern renovation. The owner of the house was always in touch and solved all the issues. All issues were resolved very quickly, I am satisfied with the relationship. Downstairs near the building there is their fish shop, also yu have find fresh vegetables and fruits near. In left side there are a supermarket and a pizzeria are in 2 minutes from the house. You can also visit delicious coffee with sweets or croissants in 1 minute in right side form the apartments. I want to note that the owner of the house and his family are just developing this business, and they work every day that the client was interested. I will come back in Spring with my bambini) Grazie.

The view is amazing. Very tidy, modern apartment. Coffee shops and restaurants few mins walk.

The only one issue was. We stayed for 7 days and got only 2 bath towels and no extra sheets. It’s not like spoiled my stay, but maybe little tip to the host

The entire apartment was super clean and nice! It had a wonderful view of the sea and great proximity to the beach. The main city was only about a 10-15 minute tram-ride away. Sound-proof walls helped dim the noise of the street. It was fantastic!

It was a bit disorienting to find the apartment at first; not a lot of landmarks to keep an eye out for between the main road and the apartment.

The apartment is well prepared, clean, big space and totaly new. The view directly to the sea.

When we arrived it was super clean and tidy. The pictures were exactly like the reality and it was even bigger than expected.

Very hospitable owners. Great pesceria downstairs with amazing choice of pre-cooked dishes.
