A lift to get to the 7th floor A Service counter in hotel foyer Helpful employees Spacious room A/C broke down but within 10 mins one of the staff tried to fix, and 30 mins later job was done. Breakfast variety was for Asians and Europeans. inc made to order egg dishes.

The pool was unattractive and water stunk of chlorine due to it being used as a place for drunks and druggies to have a quick pee. This was confirmed by the only two people I saw in the pool area in 3 days. (They were both intoxicated and smoking cannabis) Only one small bathroom mirror in whole apartment. Place didnt get a standard change of fresh sheets and towels each day. Shower hose couldnt be hung up as fittings/fixtures broken. Staff spoke 'very little' English!

When you get a bit late for breakfast the buffet is half empty.

Pool is good, Staff is friendly. There was a nice terasse at the entrance. The size of the room is great. They have warm water. There is a gym - not the best equipped. Price-rate value is acceptable. The location is very good, with a lot of small shops and places to eat.

Sometimes they refill very slowly the breakfast. The rooms could be more clean. There was room service only if you asked for it, otherwise no. The gym is old, machines are overused. All in all, the hotel was built 10 years ago, and it was not renovated, It should be.

Not very clean. Elevators had numerous scent candles to cover smells. Swimming pool was unusable; smelled, and unsanitary. Bathrooms had smoked glass doors that were transparent if lights were on. Neighborhood was quite old.

The hotel's quality has plummeted significantly over the past 5 years. I used to stay at this hotel many times and I have noticed the deterioration in its overall service quality and hygiene over the years.  Upon check-in, I was told the room was not ready, and I had to wait till the staff cleaned up the room. Luckily, it took only 30 minutes.  I had a king room with very dirty, stained balcony windows. The balcony floor itself is very dirty. The wardrobe doors were all stained with fingerprints. The pipes in the bathroom are leaking. The what used to be "white" towels are all stained and don't smell fresh. There is no noise insulation in the room, you can hear doors banging, people talking in their rooms as well as outside, especially people drinking in the late evening hours. Cigarette smell was entering the room constantly.  The elevator floor is dirty. The buffet breakfast used to have more variety. Now it is very mediocre, and some items are cold.
