"Does not live up to its ‘luxury’ name"

Location was about the only good thing about this property.

Dirty, grubby and outdated. Gym falling to pieces and not safe. Breakfast was minimal and very poor quality. One of the worst places we’ve stayed whilst travelling the past 6 months.

Hotel was nice, room was comfortable and in a good location.

That the door handle to the room looked as if it was broken but was working, there were a lot of loud travelers here who did not have much respect for others when it came to keeping their voice down. Little bit overpriced for Laos!
