L'emplacement, juste à côté de la balade en gondole et du grand parc Ushaka marine wolrd. Géniale. L'immeuble est très sécurisé. Appartement très propre. Propriétaire très réactif qui a su répondre à chacunes de nos questions. La machine à laver et le sèche linge très appréciable en faisant un road trip en famille. Le jacuzzi sur le toit de l'appartement.
