La vue du petit déjeuner

- Pas de vue sur le lac, car cache par les arbres - Suite jacuzzi non rénovées - Terrasse avec du faux gazon pour cacher la vieux sol - Personnel vous enlève les assiettes à 10:25 pour vous faire sortir du petit déjeuner - Nous sommes restés coincés devant le portail pendant 10 minutes - Coupure d’électricité au milieu de la nuit - Air conditionné en mauvais état faisant un vacarme pas possible

Very nice room and view!

The customer service and workers were very rude and not helpful. We asked to have help pulling out the pull out couch and they refused to help. So we had to sleep 3 people in one bed when we payed for everyone to have their own.
