Die Lage.

Da wir die 17/7-Diät einhalten, verzichten wir morgens auf das Frühstück. Wir haben an der Rezeption angefragt, ob es möglich sei, lediglich einen Cappuccino im Restaurant zu bestellen und diesen separat zu bezahlen. Dies wurde uns verneint; es bestehe nur die Möglichkeit, den vollen Frühstückspreis zu entrichten. Da auch kein Zimmerservice verfügbar war, mussten wir jeden Morgen eine externe Bar aufsuchen. Des Weiteren empfanden wir die Gebühr von 10 Euro pro Tag für die Garage als unverhältnismässig, zumal es die Alternative gab, das Fahrzeug kostenfrei am oberen Gebäudeteil zu parken. Der Liegestuhl und das Telefon waren defekt. Unter dem Bett hatte es eine Spinne mit Spinnennetz.

I drove 4 hours to enjoy the wellness facilities and relax for two days away from work. Upon arrival, I discovered that the jacuzzi (pool) was closed for construction, which was not mentioned beforehand, so I couldn’t use it. The sauna is only available for guests on the 5th floor (and only a few), which was also not clearly communicated. Charging the car at the parking required a €30 fee, which was not listed on the website. After raising this concern, they allowed me to charge for free. Additionally, I received a call at 11 PM, while I was already asleep, asking me to move my car. I couldn’t enjoy breakfast because it was from 7:30 to 10:00, and checkout was at 10:00. Since they woke me up at 11 PM, I couldn’t sleep anymore! It was one disappointment after another. In short, I spent time and money but could not relax as expected.
