Location only

Its a studio at back of a house. They leave their large dog in garden all night and it barked from 3 am till after 5 when i had to start contacting owner by phone to request the dog be took inside. Once i did this the dog was took in the house and i could sleep. I had hardly any sleep this night and the barking was repeated & very loud outside my window. Breakfast was no more than pre packaged biscuits of many types, water, and 3 in 1 coffee sachets. No fresh produce at all.... nothing. So i had no breakfast. Was not good value for €40 and left me tired & hungary. Owner took no responsibility for the barkjng, blaming beighbourhood dogs. It was his dog his yard outside my window and it stopped when i complained as it was took in the house.
