We weren’t there long. Only one night. Very friendly exceptionally helpful staff. Nice breakfast.

Court yard is beautiful but shame about temporary plastic covering over courtyard due to season. No bar.

What a fabulous place! A little oasis of tranquility right in the heart of the vibrant and chaotic medina. Perfectly located for seeing all this enchanting city has to offer. The courtyard was so peaceful - only the sound of the birds interrupt the silence. The staff at the riad could not have done more for us, they were so friendly, helpful and accommodating. They went above and beyond our expectations, collecting our lost wallet from the airport and going to the pharmacy for us when my husband felt unwell. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this wonderful place.

The plumbing was a little smelly, but I suspect this is a general problem in the medina due to old services. It certainly wasn't a cleanliness issue, as the riad was spotlessly clean.

The staff at Riad Kitula were all amazing - so kind and helpful and available 24 hours a day. The location is great - the front door is on a small alley, but we never felt unsafe. It’s very close to everything in the medina. Thank you especially to Ayub for all his help and welcome!

The hospitality was first rate, Sala went out of his way to make sure we had the best experience.

We arrived at night, could not get our phone e-sims to work, caught a cab to the medina but had some difficulty finding the Riad, as we couldnt phone ahead for guidance..luckily we found some super friendly locals who guided us to the door.

Very beautiful riad. The location is very convenient and the service is excellent. We had a welcome drink(a mint tea and a coffee). Staff are always available whenever you need help. We informed them that we had an early schedule and would be leaving at 7 a.m., and they kindly prepared a takeaway breakfast for us, including fruit, yogurt, and bread.

Riad Kitula was amazing. Beautiful in setting and decor. The staff was warm, welcoming, and a complete joy. We felt so welcome and had such a lovely breakfast there—one of our favorite meals in Marrakech! It was a highlight for sure.
