Staff very is helpful and neat clean bed

Firstly, no extra mattress or bed was provided. Secondly, for triple occupancy, they require CNICs of all three guests. Thirdly, although the room is listed as air-conditioned on Booking.com, they charged an additional PKR 1,000 for using the AC.
