The property was clean and in a good location.

Staff and managers behaviours towards guests is so rude, condescending and gaslighting and their reviews are absolutely fake. Out of the 6 nights we stayed here, 3 of them we did not have any warm or hot water for showers. We had to shower with a bucket and a mug during our stay at a hotel that is meant to be “luxurious and comfortable” and expensive. We notified them nicely twice and they said they would fix it but on the 3rd night when we talked to the receptionist and manager and told them we are not satisfied with the amount of money we are paying only to have no hot water and we would like a discount on our stay they tried to blame us by saying “you don’t know how to turn the water on; it’s not our fault and we can’t do anything about it” After a lot of back and forth they agreed to give us a 5000rupees discount when we check out. When we went to check out they told us they won’t give us the “discount” until we give them a 5 star / full review for the hotel. We stated we would and we are running late to get to the airport but they said they would not do it because otherwise the discount is not worth it for them. They made us wait until the official booking.com checkout time and tried to submit a 10/10 review from my phone themselves however they did not finish the process so now I have written the truthful review. The treatment we have gotten for the reception and the managers here is atrocious. Instead of accepting their mistakes they blame their guests and engineer good reviews from them. I would not believe ANY of the 5 star reviews from guests for this property because they for sure did the same thing to other guests and forced them to write good reviews for them in order to get a refund for their terrible stay.

This is one of the best hotels I've stayed in. Comfy bed, clean bathrooms & towels with bathrobe. The restaurant had really great food. Very close to the airport and Pashupatinath temple. They also dropped us at the airport.

Super location. Extremely clean and comfortable room. We even got upgraded which was a pleasent suprise. Staff are the best best best part of this hotel. They stored our luggage and even printed a document for us for free where as everywhere else they charge for a print. Nothing to fault at all and they even have my favourite himalayan java right nxt door.
