Big rooms, big beds in family room, large balcony with nice view, very quiet, nice day spa at entrance. Pool area well maintained and clean pool. Felicity’s across the road was great for breakfast. Good aircon. Large spacious grounds. Go in expecting basic though- no frills.

Pool was a little warm- not very refreshing in the afternoon. Mosquitoes in bathroom/room every night. Kids got eaten despite wearing repellent to bed. Musty/damp smell for first couple of days but it seemed to get little better. Bath towels had holes, grey floor towels.

The room was very large. Located very close to street shopping. Very peaceful atmosphere.

The existence of a few mosquitoes prevented a good sleep. Even though breakfast was provided, it did not have a restaurant. Breakfast was a-la-carte.

The resort is in a great location and has a very beautiful pool surrounded by a large garden, but the best thing of our stay was the kindness of the staff at the reception!

The resort in general is very beautiful and has a big potential, however the rooms need a little renovation, especially the bathroom. We had breakfast, lunch and dinner on Nyepi day, I’d really suggest to improve the menu as there were mainly ‘western’ dishes rather than traditional Indonesian food.
