"A pleasant stay overall, but unfortunately affected by an unprofessional experience with one receptionist."

Overall, we had a very pleasant stay. The hotel facilities were nice and most of the staff were friendly and helpful.

However, we were disappointed with one male receptionist who was working on the afternoon of June 16. We asked him a few questions during our stay and found him to be quite arrogant and unhelpful. Later, we asked another receptionist for a bucket of ice, and before she could respond, he loudly said, “No ice, no ice.” He did not apologize or offer any explanation. What made the situation more frustrating was that shortly afterwards, another guest requested ice and was provided with it. This was the only negative experience during an otherwise enjoyable stay.
