"Not up to the expected."

The room was spacious and clean but the corridors, steps are not clean and getting smell.

The staff was not helping mindset, especially who is sitting (specs guy) at reception. Also, not allow to stay extra half hour, he didn’t explain the terms and condition during check-in and he is not guiding for rental taxi and bike booking.he simply says we should ask outside.

"Not upto expectation. The car had to be parked overnight in the foot path in front of the main gate."

No food was available. Even bed coffee they have to bring from nearby tea stall.

I paid the room rent in cash. I didn't receive any receipt for that till we vacated the room.
