Location is good. Reception meet and greet good

Okay type ... House keeping needs more care as I found a poor quality and torn towel... I asked to replace. Shower/toilet no paper towel at all. Facility has no cafe or restaurant.

Large room great location.friendly staff. With escalator.

Wi fi switching on and off.needs to be improved. Please fix the mosquito window net in the bathroom.

"I don’t know why you would choose anywhere else to stay in Nagacoil"

straightforward hotel. good bed. decent size room. I think it was good to stay near the back of the property as main road busy 18 hours per day. close to one of Nagacoil’s best restaurants. Indoor and outdoor bar (not same owner) at back of the hotel.

I would have liked a kettle in my room BUT the room service team were so good at bringing me boiling water whenever I rang and asked for it.

"Comfortable stay with good food"

Rooms are very big and view from balcony was awesome. Staffs at hotel are very helpful. They arranged for day tour plan and provided very good room services. Located centrally to market place and walkable for general shopping and street side foods. Enjoy our stay here
