Очень доброжелательный и приветливый персонал. Интерьер коридоров красив и оригинален.

Описание не соответствует действительности. Высокоскоростной интернет не поддерживает даже youtube в телевизоре. Пообщался по данной проблеме с хозяинов, на что получил ответ "Узбекские же каналы идут, смотрите их". Холодильник сломался, в итоге испорчены продукты и при такой жаре это тоже большой минус. На кране в ванной не было сетки и вода брызжет, унитаз не закреплен. Одним словом красивая картинка, но по факту иллюзия. Попросил компенсировать 15% за условия кототорые оплатил и не были обеспечены, но получил ответ, что это мелочи и компенсации не будет. Обязательно вернусь в этот замечательный город, но выбор упадет однозначно на другой отель, тем более что их там большое количество и даже по более низкой цене.

Чисто и симпатично в номере. Приветливый русскоговорящий персонал.

Что взяли в итоге с нас на 22$ больше, чем заявлено изначально в цене.

The room should be cleaned with a mop and water, not just swept. I think it's useless to vacuum the tiles. The cleaning lady just pretends to clean. Sorry

The hotel was absolutely fantastic – modern, stylish, and impeccably clean. We loved everything about it, from the elegant design to the bright lighting; everything was just perfect. The staff at the reception were extremely helpful and spoke english, which made communication very easy. They answered all our questions and assisted us with everything we needed – thank you, thank you, thank you!

The only small downside is the location, which is a bit further from the main attractions. However, it’s easily reachable within 10 minutes by taxi using the Yandex app.

The property was better than expected. Very updated and well managed. Great breakfast, better on day 1 than 2. Loved the decor and the balcony. Very nice staff. So comfortable

A short taxi to sites. However the food options aren’t too many and we took a taxi to get food. But they had a pharmacy next door and a mini mart.

No windows in rooms, no fresh air, no elavter( I was on 3.floor) bad breakfast, you can here every noise outside room, beds are uncomfortable,they lie obout netflix, youtube ect.. Dont work anything...They open to clean in room even if I say NO..! I am booked per www.booking .com for ONE PRICE, but they are charge me like 15% more..!! All in all maybe the whorst HOTEL and expiriance in my life...Go far from this hotel Alen Kasapovic from Croatia

Beautiful room, everything feels fresh and new and everything works as it supposed to work. Close to it has two very good food places (not so touristy) - Fedya Shaslik and Zokir Osh. Breakfast was really good and delicious

Since it is next to a big street it can be a bit noisy. And they had only one type of pillows which were too high - when we asked for lower ones, they brought more of the same so we had to come up with DIY solutions. Also we booked a room with double bed, but got two separate single beds instead
