Marbeth Inn

This really was a lovely little Guesthouse, just the kind of a place I wish I could find more off. They only have a handful of rooms, small, but big enough, spotlessly clean, with attached bathroom and Aircon. Even the water pressure in the shower was good here. The bed was so comfortable. I loved the soft linens. The cozy outdoor terrace was really nice, with plenty of tables and chairs for everyone, even if all the rooms were full. It's much nicer now than when the photos were taken. They do breakfast . The rest of the time it's BYO. (food and beers available within 1 min walk). There's a free hot and cold water dispenser, free tea and coffee and excellent WiFi. The owner speaks excellent English and is very switched on regarding travellers needs. You get a discount if you book your island hopping tour here, and they also booked my ferry ticket for me and dropped me at the port. It's a very well run place, and I liked the bell system if you want to speak with staff. They're coming so fast.

It was nothing I didn't like.

We had a super nice stay! Delicious breakfast and the personnel was helping us out with every question we had. I forgot my earphones in the hotel and only realised it when we already moved on to El Nido. I asked the staff if they found them and when they did they sent them with the next ferry to El Nido! Super kind people and the hotel had everything we needed.

Very kind host, always available and responsive. Good breakfast and possibility to book tours for a good price saving a lot of money (mask and snorkel included). Good position 10 min walking from the main street, 10/10!

Really Nice and helpful staff

Clean, has drinking water, air conditioning worked.

I had a lot of trouble sleeping here because there are many roosters near the building. I woke up almost everynight between 2-4 am because of the roosters. I understand it's not the accommodations fault but if you are not a heavy sleeper, I would not recommend this place.

Location and staff

Friendly helpful staff. Super clean. Free water and coffee. Good size room with private toilet. Easy walk to port and town.

Small size bathroom. No shower plate so after showering floor will remain wet. No toiletries.
