"The hotel is very affordable and really good to the price the staff are very accommodating, Just improve the toilet in 4"

Convenient and near of front beach

Only the comfort room at the 4th floor the toilet bowl are not easily to stock the water in toilet sometimes its hard to flush you have to wait acouple of minutes.

"Very good! Recommended especially for those who wants a comfortable and affordable hotel to stay."

The staffs are very accomodating even the owner. Better to book directly so you can get a slot for an affordable price. They have a complimentary ticket in EPIC bar, equivalent to free entrance, just ask the reception regarding the ticket. We booked a 1 room good for 6 inclusion of 3 common shower area & 3 common restroom for the 4 units in 4th floor. Near front beach and Dmall.

The upper bed is too high for me, bad WIFI connection, & microfiber bath towels (not water absorbent).
