Har rest jordensrunt i mer än 40 år och bott i tusentals hotellet av olika standard. Hotellet Bambu måste vara ett av de värsta hotellen som jag har bott i. Smutsigt och slitet rum. Många insekter i rummet. En vattenrör i Toaletten sprack mitt i natten och jag vaknade med helst rummet översvämningar. Personal en mycket otrevlig...efter 2 nätter i hotellet bestämde jag mig för att lämna detta hemska hotellet. Förstås fick inte nån ersättning för de resterande nätter. I receptionen fick ingen förklaring om jag skulle få ett annat rum eller så...de total nonchalerar mig.

Excellent location - though not completely in the town centre. The staff were great and they were so helpful. The pool was lovely. The rooms were large and comfortable. The food was excellent and there was lots of options for both vegans and vegetarians, as well as meat and fish options. The breakfast was superb.

My internet was a bit in and out, but the staff were so helpful when I needed a good connection. I think it was partly the weather and partly just low coverage in Battambang.

The amenities were all terrific and the buildings maintained the character of its French Colonial origins. Every person we dealt with was helpful, courteous and pleasant. The printed guide with information about Battambang compiled by Pat Talbot (the owner) was comprehensive and informed our walking tour of the city. The staff helped us organise a wonderful day with Mr Ol. A must if you travel to Battambang. We were immersed in local culture, history, sites and authentic experiences in an all-day tuk tuk trip. A truly wonderful experience for us. The restaurant served great breakfast and dinner as well. We definitely recommend it.

The breakfasts are fabulous and vey generous and the menu caters for vegan, vegetarian and Khmer tastes. I love to be surrounded by greenery - it's always a peaceful oasis.

Super nice hotel. Very beautiful bungalows and green pool area.

Belle piscine, bon petit déjeuner, personnel gentil.

I have stayed before - this is definitely the place to be in BTB. The food is terrific, and the lovely green surroundings make it a relaxing place to sit by the pool or the bar. My only regret this trip was we had to start so early on our field trips, that I missed out on the delicious breakfasts.
