Petite maison très bien située et très bien décorée. Très proche de la gare de Kyoto mais dans un quartier très tranquille. Lits très confortables. La salle de bain est très moderne et très agréable. Nous avons vraiment apprécié avoir notre petit chez-nous à Kyoto.

La maison n'est pas pensée pour réellement y vivre. Aucun rangement, peu de place pour ouvrir les valises. Pas de table pour manger à part la petite table d'appoint du canapé La climatisation était extrêmement bruyante, nous avons eu du mal à comprendre comment l'éteindre. Les hôtes nous ont envoyé un peu trop de messages, nous n'avions jamais eu autant de contacts pour du self check-in. Nous avons du laisser la taxe de séjour dans la chambre pour qu'ils viennent la chercher plus tard, en leur envoyant une photo de l'emplacement, alors qu'ils avaient pourtant une réception physique.

so clean and comfy. well equipped and maintained. enjoyed hot tub every night. can find everything nearby as Kyoto station is only 5 min walk away. department stores, Don Quijotes, etc.

清掃が行き届いてない、特に水回り アメニティの数が足りてない スタッフがこちらの要望を正しく把握できていない(チャット連絡を外国人に担当させることに不満はないが、最低限日本語をしっかり理解できる人にやらせるべき)

Lovely feel and atmosphere

i would have liked the accomidation tax to be included in the price rather than pay afterwards

Loved how quaint the property is and very convenient to aeon mall and Kyoto station

Noticed mildew on shower door and didn’t provide laundry detergent (even though we pointed out that the detergent bottle was empty)
