Amazing place! Nikola is such a great host, he help us with everything. The location is good for explore Split, the apartament have all the things you need for a nice and confortable stay. Also, there is a free parking space, you will need it in Split. Obrigado! 🙂

Nikola and his mother were very friendly, helpful and responsive. The location of the apartment is very good, close to the city (15 min by walk, with Uber 5-10 mins). The apartment itself was modern, very clean, air conditioner was included, you'd have everything what you'd need (iron, hairdryer, fridge, washing machine etc.). Balcony was great for breakfasts.

The apartment is in a very good location, and you can park in the courtyard, which is a great help in this busy city. The host is very kind and helpful. The apartment is clean, fully equipped and nicely furnished, we were completely satisfied with everything.

Nikola is an excellent host! Very kind and gave both myself and my friend advice on where to go, what to see and offered amazing hospitality! The apartment is very modern, spacious and the balcony is an excellent addition!!
