Cottage in Framlingham

Cosy, warm cottage, everything we needed. Short walk into the town.

Very cosy and homely little cottage, great for a short stay. Walking distance to the main centre of Framlingham, along with the Castle and church. Extremely clean and well kept.

Parking can be difficult and the dryer didn’t work at all for us so even though we planned to do a few loads of washing we couldn’t as we struggled to dry our clothes.

Very, very clean, light and fresh. Comfortable beds, very usable kitchen big enough to seat us all comfortably, very good shower and spotless bathroom and second loo. Great space to store our bicycles in the dry in the outside entrance way and only a short walk into the town. We were all very happy with it. A big ‘Thank You’ to the friendly and helpful owner.

Not really a dislike; just a slight downside. The B road on which the cottage was located was rather busy. Double glazing helped muffle the sound, certainly, but sleeping in the front main bedroom was a bit trickier than in the very quiet back bedroom with twin beds.

A compact, nicely decorated house in an excellent location. The house was comfortable and had everything needed for short stay. There was access to streaming services like Netflix. We were grateful for the milk and biscuits provided. There was a back garden to sit in. We were able to park on the street close to front door. It was a short stroll to lots of eating places, bars and the castle. We would highly recommend the castle and the church. A lovely Sunday roast in the Station Inn. Check in flexible and easy with a lockbox.

Lovely cottage in Framlingham. Absolutely spotless throughout and really comfortable. Highly recommended.

This is a really lovely place to stay, right in the heart of Framlingham. This is like a home from home. Very modern, clean, and well furnished. It's a 5 minute walk into the centre. Little touches like washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, sponges, shampoo, body wash, netflix, and toys made this a great experience.

It's next to a road and has on street parking. However, we always found a space to park, even during the local music festival. The road isn't too busy and was silent at night.

High standard of cleanliness and very well equipped. We loved the distant castle view and welcoming touches such as milk in the fridge!
