"Great house and great location"

The house was in a great location, was really clean and was just what we needed after a wedding. Nicky was really helpful and a great host. Would highly recommend.

"A perfect cottage in a lovely location"

Spotlessly clean Very well furnished ,with every facility you would need. Milk,tea,coffee and biscuits were very much appreciated

Parking could be an issue but we were okay.

We had a local wedding. This cottage was cheaper than 1 night at a local hotel and we stayed for 2 nights. It was comfortable warm so so clean Host replied to questions and gave good instructions for check in

Spotlessly clean and beautifully refurbished cottage with well equipped kitchen . Location was v good - 5 min walk into centre of Framlingham.

The cottage is right on the main road and the traffic is quite noisy first thing in the morning .

Clearly recently refurbished, very nicely decorated and clean. Ideally located for the local town and castle. Small but well kept courtyard garden. Owner contact details were left in case of need, they live next door, but were never obvious or intrusive.

No guaranteed parking space, on the main road, slightly away from the property.

"A lovely cottage, highly recommended"

This is a lovely cottage, very well equipped, exceptionally clean and comfortable. It has a nice outdoor space and is well located near the town. Providing a pint of milk & tea/coffee is always a welcome touch. I would be very happy to stay here again.

Everything is lovely, the only minor downside was no off street parking but we knew that in advance and were able to unload outside and then park a short distance away.

it was our 3rd time ther. It is a perfect location and house for us to stay. Hosts are attentive, but in the background, which is perfect. All the items in the cottage are brand new, purpose "built" for a short break.

"A rare gem!"

Fabulous cottage totally refurbished to a very high standard; everything you could need for a long or short stay, including washing machine and dishwasher, plus a beautiful garden with outdoor seating. The biscuits and milk upon arrival were a very thoughtful and welcome touch. Framlingham is a lovely town and has much to offer, but it is also a good base for exploring Suffolk and South Norfolk.

Nothing; I would highly recommend this property!
