WoodSpring Suites Easton Nazareth

I selected this hotel based on comments of prior uses who stated that the rooms were clean. The palce was very clean and I was happy I selected it for my one night stay.

No shampoo or Klenex but for the savings , bring your own.

Property is new. The room is set up nicely AND has plenty of outlets ( no searching behind lamps and furniture.). The kitchenette with full size frig and freezer is nice. Floors are vinyl so no nasty carpet to deal with. Easy for staff to clean.

The room, halls, and elevator were spotless.

Our room was not ready at 4:15 and we could not check in. Also there were no extras, ie, tissues, shampoo.

Couldn't stay at the location. The elevator was not working and I was traveling with someone unable to climb steps due to disability. They refused to switch us to a ground level room.

Staff that actually could accommodate our needs given the fact that the elevator wasn't working and we were checking in early as agreed upon by the hotel. The fire alarm system was also inoperative as state on signs in the lobby.

The place is very clean. That is the main thing I look for and was very satisfied with. I was happy there was a stove and a fridge in the room.

It was a bit noisy at night. This could have just been by chance, not a usual occurence, but the people in the nextdoor room were talking loudly all night which kept us awake.

the refrigerator was so loud I could hardly get to sleep and the outside street light shines in right in your eyes. Need to have block out curtains

Surprisingly the bed was moderately comfortable.

As I approached entrance , there were quite a few people hanging out outside. When I got into main entrance, there was a large table with a bunch of guests sitting and talking lively. The “lobby” was not welcoming. The checking counter was tiny. I didn’t realize that this was a no frills hotel. There was no ice machines in the bldg. when I asked the front desk clerk for ice, he told me I had trays I could fill in my room’s freezer. My AC would not go below 74, regardless of me lowering it. The bed was so low to the floor, almost looked similar to a cell. There wasn’t coffee in rooms or hotel. I’m assuming that the majority of guests were laborers because the outside door opened constantly from 3am on
