GBGBLocation to the local shops and city centre were excellent. House was clean and can accommodate a good number of people.
The ensuite bathroom was a bit on the cold side due to an old window and there was some peeling paint on the ceiling. Also, the half bathroom on the 1st floor landing was very 'snug'.

Living space was slightly small for a group of 3 adults and 3 children. There is one living/dining room, which is approximately 4x4metres, so had to move table in and out for meals. Unfortunately the weather meant we couldn’t use the excellent garden.

Not enough living space. There was only one average sized room which was both the dining room & living room. We booked for 6 adults and a dog and there was not enough room for us all to relax or eat together. We didn’t realise that there was no terrestrial tv, only streaming & Netflix.
