Elite Hotel

Location was good. Staff behavior was good.

The suite and the washroom need revamp. The bed sheets and pillow covers had yellow stains. They were supposed to be white in colour. But white colour was long gone. Same breakfast menu served every day. The suite was overpriced.

We booked suite room. But there was not hot water in washrooms and in bathtub for throughout our stay.next day we kept key @reception and asked for room cleaning but when we came in evening room was not cleaned, and same was asked to staff then they were saying sorry for this and they can give some discounts on our bill. Totally disappointed stay at elite hotel.

Value for money. Good size room. Hotel near hill. Restaurant very good food. Restaurant stewardess name Kalavati joshi she the best. Very good service.

Prepare some cash with you. The internet not stable.

The staff were kind and respectful and the hotel was very clean
