"A fantastic place to stay right in the heart of Holt and we would recommend it for a short weekend."

The location could not have been better and the 3 bedrooms ALL with en-suites was perfect for us. The place was spotlessly clean and very warm especially as it was cold outside.

The sofa looked good however was far from comfortable and would have struggled to fit 6 people. Also the showers all seem to have a problem with no riser rail for the shower head which I can only assume were broken some time ago, as was the sink in one of the rooms which has beeen patched up so was not a problem to us.

"Very nice accommodation in a great location."

The location is superb, within easy walk of all Holt has to offer (which is a lot). The property is very nicely done to a good standard, well equipped with lots of facilities (kitchen, bathrooms etc). The parking for two cars was also a bonus.

The sofa isn’t comfortable, it’s like sitting in a waiting room. The beds could be a bit more luxuriously sized, both doubles, not Queen or King. The front door is problematic, we got locked in! The bannister came apart, luckily I didn’t fall.
