Lovely cozy room, Free parking outside the front door, Complimentary Toiletries, plus Nespresso Coffee and Lyons Tea in the Room,Warm welcome by Lilly on arrival and constant helpful interactions throughout my Business stay, Nothing was too much trouble, Excellent value in a great location to explore Mayo.

Nothing the owner was rude as hell

Must have been one of the worst places I've seen in Ireland, the owner or manager is extremely rude. As stated I am traveling for work and needed a place to sleep after my work shift of 15 hours. I left my home at 5am, worked until 7pm on the Saturday, when I went to the guest house upon my arrival just before 8. I was told to leave and I cant sleep there with no explanation or apology and then slammed the door in my face.. This was after receiving a text message from the owner/manager that the key for my room was left in the door... Complete waste of my time and money as I then had no place to sleep for the night and ended up driving 2 hours to get home, This place and that manager is a disgrace to the industry. People should stay far away as possible from this place,. I am still waiting for her to pay me back.

Hard to find (address not found in GPS and we had to ask the nearest shop for directions) Cold and badly isolated
