The house was comfortable and well located, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The owners were extremely kind, helpful, and always available.

Very nice owners. The house is beautiful and the location is perfect. You have everything you need even for a longer stay. Fantastic vew. Monvenvasia is very close. The owners are a very nice family. They keep the house very clean. I recommend the place if you want to spend a wonderful vacation. Thaks a lot to the owners.

What a great base to explore Monemvasia!! Don't stay inside the old town it will take a toll on you since cars are not allowed. The little house has 2 bedrooms, a parking space and a very cute black dog outside to greet you every time you're back. Not to mention it offers unbeatable value!

Beautiful house, nice interior and a friendly landlord lady. The house is clean and we felt good inside it. Nice small place to sit outside. You also can use a washing mashine and have a nice new kitchen. We liked it.

The sofa is a bit special. I think it could be more comfortable because it is quite narrow at some places.

Zika’s is a lovely little house in a very quiet rural area close to monemvasia and beaches, the air con kept the place cool, the facilities and equipment in the house are great. The terrace is lovely in the evenings, to be honest there was nothing I could fault the place on and it’s very well priced, there’s a pharmacy, a bakery/store and a really nice bar/restaurant 2 minutes walk away, the owners left us milk bread and jams and marmalade coffee and tea on arrival and were very friendly and helpful

Very nice house, well equipped, new and spotles clean. Host is kind and frendly, he left us cold water, milk, juice, coffe, sweet brekfast...quiet location good for visit Monevmasia. Wi fi was good, parking in front of the house. Exellent value for money.
