What a find! A lovely, recently refurbished apartment in a central location - very convenient for Brighton & Hove and Eastbourne/South Downs. The parking was free on street, and we parked outside the door every time. The living space was a great size, with sea glimpses from the living room and bedroom. The kitchen area was compact but perfect for a few days. A full sized oven and sink, and two ring hob, a microwave and toaster, and a good selection of kitchen utensils and crockery. The bed was very comfy and bedding had a premium feel, the water pressure was great and water was constantly hot. The host was super friendly, a useful house manual was provided, and communication was good with very easy check in.

Cannot fault the apartment, or the location and there were shops and eateries a short walk away. Location is perfect if you have a car, but I would advise guests without to check public transport frequency if you are basing yourself here and wanting to be in Brighton/Hove every day, it is just that bit far to walk in and out every day. ('Tho the coastal walk is lovely!)

Very clean and tidy. Walking distance to a very interesting pebble beach, with beautiful cliff view.

The apartment was perfect for us, super clean, lovely comfy beds and everything you need in the kitchen. We really enjoyed our stay and our host was so helpful with great comms throughout. Such a great location for a quiet getaway yet close to Brighton. We enjoyed the neighbouring towns or Saltdean and Rottingdean too. There's a big local pub doing good value buffet breakfasts and plenty of takeaway options nearby. Pizza from Wild Flour was excellent tucked away in Ovingdean.
