Appartamento comodissimo e molto ampio. Piacevole soggiornare in un appartamento dove tutto e pensato per sentire meglio che a casa. Raccomando assolutamente. Per una coppia sarebbe ideale. La ragazza che gestisce e assolutamente una persona deliziosa e disponibile.

The apartment is nice; and there is coffee available.

The apartment is placed on a very noisy street. Noise from the cars is so high that both my daughter and i could not get any sleep the first night. What is worst in my opinion is that the host is aware of this. Ear plugs were provided by the sidetables of the bed. Considering that providing good sleeping is THE essential duty by the host, providing ear plugs is an acknowledgment of the fact that the host cannot guarantee good quality of sleep (systematically). Hence the ear plugs - as if you were in a plane or a train. The host should either say upfront that there is issue with noise from the road (and let the guest decide), or simply they should just not host as the apartment is not suitable to guarantee good sleep quality.

Wonderful apartment! Very cozy and comfortable! Wonderful host who prepared everything for a pleasant stay in Ravenna. It is located in the very center of Ravenna within walking distance to all the sights. Quite a quiet street, but the owner thoughtfully put earplugs just in case. Comfortable bed. Good pillows. Unfortunately, there are a few unpleasant little things. But if you do not pay attention to these little things - the apartment is wonderful, in the very center of Ravenna! There is a great balcony! Spacious and bright. I definitely recommend it!

1). The drain in the shower is done incorrectly, because of this it stinks a lot. I had to plug the drain in the shower with a bag so that the unpleasant smell does not spread throughout the apartment. 2). The apartment is quite cold, and the heating does not work. Only the air conditioner in the bedroom works. 3). Opposite the bed in the window on the street there is a very bright street lamp. And there are no curtains. 4). In the bathroom there is a strange faucet, at the very edge of the sink. It is very difficult to wash your hands in the bathroom.

Spacious, clean apartment, good communication with host including video of how to get into the apartment. Close to many interesting sites.
